Areas
Areas allow you to group employees and devices for easier management and bulk synchronization.
What are Areas?β
Areas represent physical or logical boundaries (e.g., "Office 1", "Warehouse", "Main Building").
Adding Employees to an Areaβ
- Select an Area.
- Go to the Participants tab.
- Add employees to the area. All participants in an area share the same access baseline.
Associating an Area to a Deviceβ
When you associate an Area with a Device:
- All employees currently in that Area are automatically pushed to the Device.
- Any future changes (adding/removing employees from the area) will be automatically synced to the device in real-time.
