Employees & Permissions
Manage who has access to your facilities and define their roles within the platform.
Creating an Employeeβ
- Navigate to the Employees section.
- Click Create Employee.
- Fill in details: Name, Employee ID (from device), and Role.
Roles and Permissionsβ
- User: Standard access, can be assigned to doors and areas.
- Admin: Full administrative access to the platform settings and device configurations.
Assigning an Employee to a Deviceβ
You can manually sync an employee to a specific device to grant them access rights directly on that hardware.
